This placement of the bed will also ensure security and it promotes relaxation while sleeping and it also promotes peaceful sleep. And most importantly avoid placing the bed under a beam, as it will create unnecessary pressure, stress and burden and will cause sleep disturbances.


Colors and Decor:


The choice of colors in the bedroom can influence the ambiance and consequently, your ability to fall asleep. Colors play an important role in a peaceful sleep. Colors such as pastel shades, light blues, or soft greens. Avoid using vibrant and too bright colors like red or black, as they can disturb your sleep. Keeping your bedroom clean and decorated will ensure peaceful and harmonious sleep. Most important thing is keeping your bedroom clutter free to promote a sense of tranquility.


Electronic Devices:


Electronic devices have become the basic necessity in our lives so it’s not possible to remove all the electronic devices for our bedroom like Television, computers or any other electronic devices which emits electromagnetic radiation that can interfere with the sleep of the person. We can’t remove the electronic devices from our room but at least we can make sure to switch them off during sleeping hours and keep them at a distance from the bed.


Natural Ventilation and Lighting:

Proper ventilation and natural lighting really contribute to a healthy and peaceful environment for sleep. Open the windows during the day to allow fresh air to circulate in the bedroom. Ensure that the curtains or blinds can block out the natural flow of light during sleep hours, promoting the peaceful atmosphere for sleep.

Sweet fragrances are the best for peaceful sleep. One of the most important methods is smudging using dried sage or other cleansing herbs. Doing this will also ensure to remove any negativity or stagnant energy that may be affecting your sleep.
